Privacy policy
This explains what I collect, why, and what happens to it. I am Michelle Norton, a house and pet sitter. You can reach me at jordylass@gmail.com.
What I collect
When you send a booking enquiry: your name, email, phone number, postcode, the dates you need, details about your pets and home, and any photos you choose to upload. When you ask for a free guide or checklist: your email address. When you buy the Blueprint: your payment is handled by Stripe, and I never see your card details.
Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry and arrange a sit. To send you the guide you asked for, and the occasional email about house sitting. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who else handles it
Supabase stores enquiries and photos. Lovable email infrastructure (notify.jordylass.com) sends my emails. Stripe processes payments. Umami gives me anonymous, cookieless visitor numbers. Cloudflare hosts the site.
How long I keep it
Booking photos are deleted if the sit does not go ahead, and I do not keep enquiry details longer than I need to. You can ask me to delete your details at any time.
Cookies
I do not set tracking cookies. My analytics does not use cookies. Stripe may set cookies only during checkout on its own pages.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Email jordylass@gmail.com.
